Police arrest 7 people for drug-related crimes and other charges as part of Operation Granite Shield

NASHUA, NH – During the week of April 29, 2024 members of the Hudson Police Department and the Nashua Police Department’s Narcotics Intelligence Division and Problem Oriented Policing Unit arrested seven people for various drug crimes, crimes frequently associated with criminal behavior related to drug activity and other criminal offenses. Officers were operating under the New Hampshire Substance Abuse Reduction Grant.

These individuals were as follows:


Keith Lafond, 35, was arrested and charged with theft by unauthorized taking a Class A Misdemeanor as well as two charges of possession of a controlled drug (crack-cocaine and fentanyl)- subsequent offense, both Class A Felonies.   Lafond was released on personal recognizance bail pending his arraignment at the 9th Circuit Nashua District Court.

Jebediah Andrews, 27, was arrested on an active electronic bench warrant for failing to appear in court on an original charge of simple assault.  Andrews was released on cash bail pending his arraignment at the 9th Circuit Nashua District Court.  

Brian Cooper, 27, was arrested and charged with operating without a valid driver’s license- Class B Misdemeanor.  He was also charged with possession of a controlled drug (crack-cocaine)- subsequent offense a Class A Felony.  Cooper was released on personal recognizance bail pending his arraignment at the 9th Circuit Nashua District Court.  

Ronnie Summers, 26, was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled drug (crack-cocaine) a Class B Felony.  Summers was released on personal recognizance bail pending his arraignment at the 9th Circuit Nashua District Court.

Danielle Evans, 31, was arrested and charged with theft by unauthorized taking and disorderly conduct, both Class A misdemeanors.  Evans was released on personal recognizance bail pending her arraignment at the 9th Circuit Nashua District Court.

Justin Lefebvre, 41, was arrested and charged with Forgery a Class B Felony as well as breach of bail, stemming from a drug-related arrest he was on bail for.  Lefebvre was released on personal recognizance bail pending his arraignment at the 9th Circuit Nashua District Court.

Jodi Malisos, 48, was arrested on an outstanding capias out of the Hillsborough County Superior Court- Southern District for failing to appear in court on an original charge of possession of a controlled drug.  Malisos was released on personal recognizance bail pending her arraignment at the Hillsborough County Superior Court- Southern District.

An arrest is not an implication of guilt. All those charged are considered innocent until proven guilty following due process of the law.
